Both methods are designed to encrypt information, transmit uploaded documents securely, and ability to Chat with your ERO and receive status updates regarding the workflow of your tax preparation documents.

Audit Protection
Your Federal and State tax return is protected by three (3) years of Audit support should you receive an IRS notice due to random review or request for additional information. This includes Identity Theft protection while you shop online.

Ez File
Meet with your ERO live to discuss your tax situation.
You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and ability to sign your documents directly through the portal. From there.. your return will be transmitted to the IRS. You can even electronically file using a Refund Transfer to have your tax preparation costs deducted from your refund.
